WELL HOLY HELL I LIVE!
Ok, yeah, it may have been a while since the last time I've posted...anything here. What can I say, life got depressing, then BUSY, and now it's MUCH BETTER.
So here's a quick breakdown of what's gone on:
Took college classes, looked for a job
Finished taking classes, continued to look for job...become depressed over not finding a job, living with friend.
Hear of a mass hiring event at LEGOland Florida resort from another friend, tell self 'f*ck it' and go for it.
FINALLY GET JOB
MOVE THE F*CK OUT OF TITUSVILLE TO WINTER HAVEN
Get first apartment with Mom and younger sis
Get new computer for birthday
Finally be HAPPY after a long while.
So that's more or less a quick breakdown of what's been going on in my life recently. I now work in the Education department of LEGOland Florida Resort, and I love it there. My Mom, sister, and I have a new apartment. Sis just got a new job, Mom's interviewing for one later this week.
Our apartment is pretty bare at the moment, we didn't have a lot of stuff when we moved, but we're slowly gathering things. We've decided to do the living room with a Steampunk theme, and the kitchen Parisian Cafe (lots of coffee going on). As bare as it is, however, we're all pretty damn happy, because it's OURS. I can have my unapologetic pagan altar, RIGHT in the living room. All of our combined geek-tastic stuff is all around for everyone to see. Singing Disney songs in my head, no one to tell us 'no' or where to go.

‘ELLO EVERYONE! Long time no new journal.
EXCITING NEWS! I am going to open commissions for crochet hats! Hat prices vary by complexity, plus shipping, which varies depending on how far USPS has to go to get from me to you. =D
Starting this out slow, as unfortunately my life does not consist of only crafting….sadly. Starting with five (5) hat slots at a time, first come first serve. Hats typically take me about one week to finish, unless some random thing happens in my life, which, occasionally it does. In that case I will inform you of delays.

OMGS GUYS! I did a thing for the non-profit I volunteer for.
I kept seeing advertisements for a site called booster.com, and decided hey, this may be a good way to help raise money for the kids we teach art to. We try to do as much as we can with as little as we can. Most of the kids we teach art to are low income, and they are awesome kids.

I'm alive...really. 2013 just really sucked. Lost a cousin to an OD and an uncle to cancer. Although not dead, lost another cousin because he's a f*cking f*cktard and stole a bunch of shit from several of my aunts. The art studio my sister and I volunteered/worked at closed down, and I have just been generally unsuccessful in finding employment. I've just been...rather depressed lately, like I've fallen into a hole and I can't for the life of me figure out how to climb out again.
